Position Duties Include
- Help the team meet daily work targets on-site
- Inspect the assigned area every working day
- Load and unload supplies using tools and equipment
- Operate basic power tools like drills if needed
- Shovel, remove or compact earth when required
- Clean up debris and dig trenches as assigned
- Keep tools and materials stored safely at all times
- Remove unused tools and keep work area clean
- Follow company rules and safety procedures
- Practice good housekeeping in all work zones
General Worker Position Requirements
Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12 or equivalent
Experience Needed
- 2 years of experience working in tailings operations
