What You Will Do During the Programme

Each day brings new learning. Youโ€™ll work in direct and indirect retail spaces, helping Coca-Cola improve sales and product displays. You will:

  • Visit stores to implement visual merchandising standards.
  • Support product quality, stock rotation, and promotions.
  • Use the MyCCBA platform to assist customers in placing orders.
  • Track performance using merchandising scorecards.
  • Learn from your team and get feedback from your manager.

Coca-Cola Learnership will help you understand how consumers shop and what drives product visibility.

Who Can Apply?

Coca-Cola is looking for young, eager learners who meet the following:

Requirements

  • Must have Grade 12 with at least 40% in Maths or Maths Literacy
  • Must have English and one other language with 40% minimum
  • Must be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must be unemployed and not studying full-time
  • Must not be in another learnership or full-time programme
  • Must not have done the same learnership before
  • Employment Equity candidates will be considered first
  • Must be available to work 6 days each week as required
  • No criminal or credit record
  • Driverโ€™s license is a plus, but not required
  • Post-matric qualification in Sales or Marketing is also a bonus
