Clover is offering a Call Centre Learnership to help young South Africans gain skills. Selected learners will work at Clover’s Roodepoort-based Call Centre and attend related classes. By the end, learners will complete an NQF qualification and gain practical experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Learners will provide high-level service to all customers. They will manage calls, resolve issues, and process orders. Each learner must capture orders correctly and on time.
They must inform customers of account issues and help with product promotions. Working in teams and supporting others will also be part of the job.
What You Will Learn
The programme will build your communication and service skills. It will also teach order processing, teamwork, and how to manage customer queries properly.
Call Centre Learnership Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF4)
- Completed Grade 12 between 2020 and 2024
- 55% average in English and Maths or Maths Literacy
- Advanced computer skills
- Must be unemployed currently
- No previous learnership experience allowed
